1 hour visual inspection/walk-through (time varies by home) 
3–4+ hour in-depth whole-house evaluation (time varies by home) 
Installed at no additional cost, if you agree, are energy efficiency measures such as LEDs, smart thermostat, smart power strip, faucet aerators, efficient-flow showerhead, water heater pipe wrap, and/or a ShowerStart showerhead adapter. 
Rebates averaging $3,000 available for energy efficiency improvements like heating and cooling equipment, air sealing and insulation. 

Advanced diagnostic tests that may be included:

  • A blower door test that uses the combination of pressure and fan-flow measurements to determine your home's air leakage

  • Thermographic camera that uses infrared images to assess the effectiveness of your home's insulation

  • Combustion and safety testing to detect carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks

 
Simple report providing general tips based on visual assessment of home and list of next-step recommendations 
Detailed report that includes the findings from diagnostic tests and specific home improvement recommendations to reduce your energy use
